​Штукатурка стен. Выбор сухой смеси, этапы работ и тонкости процесса

Неважно, въезжаете вы в долгожданную квартиру в новостройке или планируете капитальный ремонт жилья, не обойтись без штукатурки стен. Без этого этапа не получится ни поклеить обои, ни уложить плитку, ни нанести декоративное покрытие. Работу можно выполнить самостоятельно, важно лишь подобрать строительную смесь, знать принцип нанесения материала, тонкости процесса.

Штукатурка: особенности, назначение

За словом штукатурка скрывается сразу несколько значений: это специальная смесь для отделки стен, непосредственно работа про нанесению материала и уже готовая поверхность.

Существует большой выбор типов штукатурок, но принцип работы у них одинаковый: пастообразный раствор наносится на стену и выравнивается с помощью инструмента, смесь постепенно застывает и образует твёрдую поверхностью. Состоят из трёх компонентов:

  • наполнителя - определяет консистенцию, твёрдость, прочность и другие эксплуатационные характеристики (это может быть песок, мел, специальный полимер или др.);
  • связующего - скрепляет между собой отдельные зернинки наполнителя, выполняя роль клея. Например, цемент, алкидные смолы, глина;
  • разбавителя - выполняет сразу несколько функций: растворяет смесь, делая её пластичной и удобной в нанесении, активизирует процессы отвердения, постепенно испаряется. Чаще используется обычная вода.

Сразу после приготовления раствора запускаются необратимые процессы - разбавитель взаимодействует со связующим, выделяя в небольшом количестве тепло и чистый кислород. Поэтому в только отремонтированном помещении легко дышится. Чтобы реакция не была слишком быстрой, и сухая смесь сразу же не превратилась в камень, в состав добавляются пластификаторы.

Наносимый раствор выполняет несколько функций:

  • устраняет дефекты, искривления, выравнивает поверхность перед нанесением финишного слоя;
  • закрывает щели и поры, трещины, улучшая звуко и теплоизоляцию помещения;
  • защищает стену от влаги, ультрафиолета и других факторов, которые могут ускорить разрушение основания;
  • при отделке тонких перегородок делает их прочнее.

После штукатурки стены становятся ровными - готовыми к нанесению декоративных материалов. При этом состав смеси нужно выбирать в зависимости от материала основания, условий внешней среды. Не всегда разумно покупать первую попавшуюся штукатурку или использовать то, с чем когда-то приходилось работать.

Выбираем сухую смесь для штукатурки

Штукатурка бывает декоративной и выравнивающей. Выравнивание стен - обязательный этап отделки. Финишные смеси (например, популярный «Короед») используются по желанию и могут быть заменены любым другим облицовочным материалом, от обоев до клинкерной плитки, сайдинга, вагонки.

Сухие выравнивающие смеси выбираются исходя из базового материала, условий использования. Бывают таких видов:

Цементная

Недорогая, прочная, не боится влаги, выполняет роль гидроизоляции. Это популярная штукатурка, которая подходит для внутренних и наружных работ, приоритетный вариант при отделке помещений с повышенной сыростью (ванные, цокольные этажи), для наружных работ. Обладает хорошей адгезией к кирпичу, пеногазоблокам, известняку. Но плохо держится на дереве, бетонных основаниях. Достаточно прочна, чтобы без проблем выдержать кафель, клинкер, гранитную плитку.

Не обошлось без недостатков. Во-первых, сложно получить гладкую поверхность, без пор. Если планируется красить стену, клеить тонкие обои - нужна дополнительная обработка, например, нанесение шпаклёвки или покраска в несколько слоёв. Во-вторых, с цементной штукатуркой сложно работать. Она быстро сохнет, не допускает добавление воды в процессе работы. В-третьих, плохо пропускает пар, не подходит для спален и помещений без вентиляции - возможно образование плесени.

Впрочем, производители сухих смесей вносят в состав модификаторы, которые облегчают работу с материалом, позволяют получить более гладкую поверхность.

Гипсовая

Штукатурка гипсовая, не путать со шпатлевкой, позволяет получить гладкую, ровную поверхность, без пор и шероховатости. Подходит для последующей окраски без дополнительной подготовки. Обладает высокой адгезией, не усаживается, не трескается со временем. Благодаря способности гипса поглощать избыточную влагу, а потом отдавать ее, улучшает микроклимат внутри помещений. Подходит для отделки жилых комнат, офисов, позволяет сэкономить на вентиляции. Но есть и ограничения. Недопустимо наносить на ДСП, штукатурка боится высокой влажности, поэтому не подойдёт для наружных работ, отделки ванной.

Глина

Глиняная штукатурка (глина с песком) постепенно возвращает свои позиции. Это экологический чистый материал, способный контролировать микроклимат, а точнее поддерживать оптимальную влажность в помещении. Глина лучше других штукатурок впитывает влагу, поэтому подходит даже для помещений с высокой влажностью. Обладает хорошей адгезией и к дереву, и к кирпичу, и у другим основаниям. Защищает древесину от гниения, затормаживает развитие плесени, улучшает звукоизоляцию помещения. При использовании наполнителей (солома, древесные опилки, волокна льна или конопли) обладает высокой теплоизоляцией. Это лучший материал для выравнивания деревянных оснований.

Основные недостатки - глина медленно сохнет (процесс может затянуться до месяца). Последующий слой можно наносить после схватывания, на что может уйти от нескольких дней до нескольких недель. Не подходит как основание для последующей декоративной отделки кафелем, клинкером.

Известковая

Материал можно охарактеризовать тремя словами: надёжный, общедоступный, удобный в использовании. Подходит для наружных, внутренних работ. Обладает хорошей паропроницаемостью, в процессе схватывания и твердения выделяет кислород. При добавлении в состав цемента обладает высокой прочностью, стойкостью к влаге. Известковая штукатурка совместима почти с любыми основами, материалами для декоративной отделки. Материал пластичный, легко наносится и разравнивается. Препятствует образованию плесени, защищает деревянные основания от гниения. Подходит для обработки жилых комнат, помещений с высокой влажностью (ванной, кухни).

Главный недостаток - сложная технология приготовления. Известь нужно гасить, по времени вводить наполнители, другие добавки, выдерживать от нескольких дней до нескольких недель. Нарушение технологии обернётся низким качеством покрытия. Не лучший вариант отделки под плитку - при недостатке цемента возможна усадка, обсыпание кафеля.

Полимерная

В полимерных штукатурках вместо минерального связующего используются полимерны: акрил, силикон, силоксан, эпоксидные смолы, силикаты (жидкое стекло). Смеси легко наносятся, обладают хорошей тепло, звукоизоляцией, паропорницаемостью (не пропускают воду, но пропускают пар), влагостойкостью, позволяют создать красивую поверхность с нужной текстурой (гладкая, зернистая, декоративная с узором). Подходят для наружной, внутренней отделки помещений. Защищают стены от влаги, механических повреждений, плесени. Главный недостаток - высокая цена. В большинстве случаев, это материалы для декоративной отделки. Они наносятся тонким слоем (до 3 мм), не справятся с большими неровностями.

Приготовить самому или купить готовую смесь?

Качество, а точнее прочность, долговечность готового покрытия, способность сглаживать неровности зависят от состава штукатурки. Правильно приготовить смесь под силу только опытному мастеру. Далеко не всегда есть возможность точно дозировать компоненты.

В магазинах представлен большой выбор готовых смесей. В их состав внесены пластификаторы, антигрибковые компоненты, модификаторы, повышающие прочность. Стоимость готовых смесей сопоставима с ценой отдельных компонентов для её приготовления. Распространены миксы, где одновременно в состав внесены два или три связующих (цемент, гипс, известь, глина, различные полимеры). В зависимости от их пропорции удаётся получить нужные характеристики: влагостойкость, шумоизоляцию, стойкость к грибками и др. Добавляются наполнители, повышающие звуко, теплоизоляцию: пенополистирол, растительные волокна.

Купить готовую смесь намного удобнее. Так можно сэкономить время, силы, а также средства (нужно меньше инвентаря) и получить покрытие с требуемыми характеристиками.

Тонкости работы

Заранее подготавливаем инструменты. Для работы понадобятся:

  • ёмкость для приготовления раствора;
  • набор шпателей: угловой, скребок, средний;
  • строительный миксер (можно использовать дрель со специальной насадкой);
  • металлическая, мягкая щётки;
  • капроновая нить или леска, отвес, уровень;
  • штукатурная лопатка, кельма;
  • терка, полутерок;
  • мастерок, штукатурная лопатка;
  • сокол, правило;
  • топорик, молоток, зубило.

Важно правильно подготовить стены. Удаляем остатки отваливающейся штукатурки. Чтобы она лучше отставала - можно заранее смочить водой. Убираем побелку металлической щеткой вручную или с помощью болгарки. Если есть трещины - заранее углубляем, расширяем их.

Чтобы штукатурка лучше приставала к поверхности, нужно провести такие работы:

  • на кирпичной стене - углубляем швы (на 5-7 мм), очищаем от пыли мягкой щёткой, влажной мочалкой;
  • на бетонных блоках делаем насечки, влажной щёткой удаляем пыль;
  • дерево обстукиваем для удаления старой штукатурки, делаем обрешётку (дранки), предварительно обработав рейки антисептиком.

Перед штукатуркой поверхность нужно прогрунтовать, нанося материал тонким слоем. Чтобы раствор лучше держался на бетонной стене, в него стоит добавить немного плиточного клея.

Штукатурка наносится в три слоя:

  • обрызг - раствор средней консистенции набрасывается ковшиком на стену, разравнивается правилом или полутерком;
  • грунт - густой раствор наносится при помощи кельмы, это основной слой;
  • накрывка - финишный слой, перед нанесением нужно подождать 30-40 минут, пока поверхность схватится. Наносится толщиной до 4 мм на слегка увлажненный грунт, после нанесения затирается теркой (круговыми движениями).

Время схватывания материала можно замедлить, если добавить до мыльный раствор, стиральный порошок (1-5% от общей массы) или ускорить, добавив клей ПВА.

Главная цель штукатурки - выровнять поверхность. Чтобы скрыть все дефекты, следует заранее выставить маяки. Для этого в верхних углах стены вкручиваем саморезы, после чего натягиваем между ними леску. С помощью отвеса определяем место нижних саморезов. Последний шаг - на штукатурный раствор крепим металлические маяки так, чтобы они касались к нити, но не выдавливали её. Если нужно убрать «пузо» - нужно вкрутить по два-три промежуточных самореза и протянуть между ними нить. Получится сетка, по которой удобно ориентироваться.

Металлические маяки можно оставить, если поверх укладывается плитка, наносится декоративная штукатурка. Но если предполагается побелка поверхности, поклейка обоев - лучше убрать, со временем может проступить ржавчина.
